Amendment to usage statistics from the January newsletter

Usage statistics (CPU and GPU hours) given in the January newsletter included only the usage of resources in the General Environment. In the Protected Environment, CHPC users ran jobs amounting to approximately 14,000,000 CPU hours and 200,000 GPU hours, bringing the total for all CHPC clusters to approximately 204,000,000 CPU hours and 2,100,000 GPU hours.
