Introducing New Protected Environment (PE) windows computing environment - Narwhal

Just a quick announcement that Swasey's replaement, Narwhal is ready for use. Users can find information about narwhal including how to access the resource at https://www.chpc.utah.edu/documentation/guides/narwhal.php
Swasey will remain in service for a few more weeks, but users should take the time to start to transition their work from swasey to narwhal at this time. We will give a two week notice when we determine the Swasey retirement date.
