AlphaFold 3 availability and licensing

Google DeepMind has released version 3 of its popular AlphaFold protein structure prediction tool. We have it available as a module, alphafold/3.0.0, with detailed instructions on how to use it. A very important difference from AlphaFold 2 is the licensing terms of the AlphaFold 3 model parameters, which are more restrictive. For that reason, we require users to first request access to the model parameters, as outlined in our documentation.
