CHPC DOWNTIME: Network upgrade - Wednesday, May 20 7:30 to ~8 am

This outage is to upgrade the network between switches in the INSCC building  and the Downtown Data Center (DDC) from  10G to 40G.  The outage will impact access to CHPC resources from outside of the DDC, but will not have any impact on running jobs.

The upgrade will be started at 7:30am on Wednesday May 20th. We anticipate that the interruption of service will be less than 30 minutes.
